She is tireless in her representation of victims of wage theft and other workplace injustices and has their best interest in mind. Her bankruptcy law experience makes Ms. Melehy an invaluable asset in efforts to collect unpaid wages from unscrupulous employers who attempt to avoid paying judgments or who falsely claim that they have insufficient assets to pay their workers.
